A landscaping company with its own team
OKGarden designs, builds and maintains green spaces in Santiago and central Chile. The company is led by landscape architect Paulina Marín, with in-house operations, on-site supervision, health and safety, and warehouse teams.
Who we are
We work for industrial companies, real estate developers, builders, residential communities and private homes. Since 2012 we have been the landscape advisors for Molymet’s Parque Las Lilas in San Bernardo, and since 2021 we have held its maintenance contract: 50,000 m² of gardens, irrigation and irrigation ditches.
The same team that designs a project builds it and maintains it afterward. So the garden we hand over is the one that was designed, and it still looks that way years later.
How we work
- Site visit. Survey of the space, the soil and the existing irrigation.
- Proposal. Design, plant species, timeline and itemized budget.
- Execution. Our own crews, an on-site supervisor and health and safety oversight.
- Maintenance. Weekly or monthly contracts with a pruning and irrigation plan.
