What data we process and why
The data you enter in the contact form (name, company, email, phone, city or comuna, and the content of your message) are used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and follow up commercially on that same request. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is processed on our behalf by the website’s hosting provider (Boostify, Chile) and our email provider (Google Workspace, with servers outside Chile). The site measures visits with Google Analytics 4 (Google, servers outside Chile): it uses analytics cookies, with aggregated data only and no advertising purposes. You can block them in your browser without losing any site functionality.
How long we keep it
For as long as the business relationship lasts or, if no contract is signed, up to 24 months from your last contact. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking by writing to . We respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the form does not store data on the server: submissions are sent by email to our inbox. If we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
